International uses a methodology called
“proximity contagion modeling”. It is
analogous to a mentoring/coaching approach.
This involves emotional interactions during
the class and is very successful in
motivating the participants to change
positively in the right direction.
The approach will be pitched differently to
different levels of officers, with junior
and senior officers in different classes to
ensure maximum fun and learning benefit in
each class.
